Tom Wood Collision Center provides a lifetime warranty on all repair and paint work performed at our facility. The warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle. It is granted to the person named on the original work order.
Parts Warranty
Tom Wood Collision Center honors the manufacturer's warranty on any part replaced on your vehicle. Coverage terms are set by the part's manufacturer.
Sherwin-Williams Paint Warranty
The Lifetime Limited Paint Performance Guarantee
Tom Wood Collision Center is a Sherwin-Williams Certified Collision Repair Center. Our paint technicians are trained and certified in Sherwin-Williams refinish systems. This certification allows us to offer the Lifetime Limited Paint Performance Guarantee.
The guarantee covers the durability of paint repairs made to your vehicle. Coverage begins the day your vehicle is returned to you. It lasts for as long as you own the vehicle.
The guarantee protects against:

Peeling or delamination of the topcoat or other paint layers

Cracking or checking

Loss of gloss caused by cracking, checking, or hazing

Paint failures attributed to defective Sherwin-Williams refinish products
