They meticulously documented their findings, which ultimately led my insurance company to re-evaluate my claim and declare the vehicle a total loss because it had not been repaired to industry standards and was not safe to drive.
Chris took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide honest guidance based on his years of experience in the collision industry. Although none of this situation was his fault, he went above and beyond to help me navigate an incredibly frustrating and stressful process.

I had a light hit on the bumper of my Land Rover. They replaced the entire bumper. They did miss torque on a bracket bolt. I had a very small but annoying rattle. I reached out and to my surprise they did not stop until they located it. They fixed the rattle rather than just saying it’s a high mileage car. The service and patient understanding they offered was unbelievable.
