I was in the shop to get some repairs done on my 2006 Volvo. I want to give you feedback from my experience and it was a good one. I was assisted by Mr. Brent Wethington. He is one outstanding professional working for you. He was very helpful, caring and well informed. He made things very easy for me, listened well and everything was done on time. I am very impressed by Mr. Wethington. Also, Ashli who works at the desk was very professional and helpful to me as well. Thank you for the kind of people working for you.

The car had been badly damaged and required extensive body work. The repairs were excellent and the car was restored virtually to its pre-accident condition.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was with your body shop personnel from start to finish. There were 2 occasions within three weeks that my daughter's vehicle was damaged and on both occasions your body shop and all of the personnel who represent the body shop were outstanding. I'd like to start with Merze Solis, he was great, Ashli Oliver, there is not a better cashier and Nancy Schimmel, she was also wonderful with all of her help. I was fortunate to have met and dealt with Merze, and could not have asked for a better experience. He listened, made recommendations, had the painter look at the work and got the job done. And by done, I mean that it was done with an excellent match and attention to detail. The customer service we received was outstanding and Merze should be proud of his department. He conducted himself very professionally and actually over delivered on what we discussed?.rare in today's world.

I just want to tell you that they must be something that you are very proud of because they went above & beyond for me. They really fought for me with the insurance company in making things happen. They are really a class act! They must be a huge asset to your team. I can only say that they went the extra mile for me & I just want them to be recognized for how great a job they both did. They're attention to detail & attention to following through, but in particular their attention in making sure that I was taken care of and taking care of the dirty work behind the scenes when I could not get some things resolved with the insurance company.
They just really are a class act and I want to recognize them for that!
